My therapeutic work covers many psychological issues that reflect each individual’s life.
My Specialism:
I specialise in Grief, Loss, Bereavement, Endings/Beginnings, Depression, Anxiety, Change, holistic health and wellbeing.
I have experience from my work at MIND, national mental health charity, the charity Brook Advisory Service, and for corporate companies with their Employment Assisted Programme (EAP). I am now at Canonbury Natural Health Clinic and also have my private practice in Islington.
This experience with a diverse group of clients with a range of psychological challenges has enhanced my work and practice.
As a member of Mbacp I adhere to professional standards, ethics and conduct, including regular professional supervision to support my work and continuous professional development (Cpd).
My Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic approach is Eclectic.
Psychodynamic, long-term, open ended at client's pace, making connections of negative learned past thought patterns and habits.
Solution Focussed Brief, is time limited and focusses on a specific issue to find a solution.
Eclectic combines all the above skills.
